I had been doing pretty well mentally lately. Since I came home from a vacation back in May I felt recharged and have been gassed up, hitting my goals hard non-stop. In just a few months, I have made a lot of positive changes for Resilience and its impact, and my to do list to keep this train moving keeps me busy from sun up to sun down every day (and well past that most times).
