Rest To Recharge

It is okay to not grind 24/7. You can work hard and be productive, but if you push too hard for too long, you will burn out and you can lose your passion and inspiration. I am reminded of how a painter steps away and takes a look at the canvas from afar to get a good look of it as a whole after working so closely for a time. This is similar to stepping back from your work and stressors of daily life to rest and recharge.

Life isn’t always a warm, leisurely stroll down a smooth paved road. Sometimes we have to travel on a path that is dark and rocky with jagged edges pricking our feet and the destination foggy and unclear. Setting Intentions

Good morning everyone! This week, being the first full week of the month, I set a few intentions for myself. By writing my intentions for the month, I am able to stay clear on my vision and create action steps to work towards those goals. When I have a clear plan, it makes accomplishing these tasks more manageable and gives me a better understanding of what I need to do as opposed to just thinking to myself “I really need a better nightly routine” or something similar.
